submitted by J - Feb 28, 2026|Recommended: YesAs I toured this apartment I most definitely have to say it was maculate. The views were great the ambiance was amazing and layout of all the apartments were great. However I think the leasing agent should have been more courteous in Regards to what someone can offird and made assumptions they shouldn’t have. The feeling of whether I can afford something or not doesn’t need to be addressed or said and then to state going accoss the other location for more affordability would be better wasn’t what a customer needs to hear.

submitted by Scott B. - Dec 30, 2025|Recommended: YesLiving at The Reserve — Cannot beat the staff here and quality of the whole complex is awesome very happy with moving into The reserve and getting used to the nice amenities. Setting up a pathway for moving was super thoughtful. Very much appreciated Would have been nowhere without it.

Pet Policy

At Mill Creek Residential, we believe pets are part of the family. That’s why all residents are asked to complete a quick pet profile through PetScreening.com. Even if you don’t have a household pet, this step is required as part of your application process. No pet or have an assistance animal? No fee required—just complete the profile so we have your info on file. Your application or lease approval may be delayed if this step isn’t complete, so we recommend checking it off your list early! Have a pet? There’s a $30 fee per household for each pet profile through PetScreening.com, and a limit of 2 pets per home. Our weight limit for each pet is 120lbs, and our breed restrictions are Pit Bulls (aka Staffordshire Terrier), Bull Terrier, Akita, Presa Canario, Mastiff, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chowchows or any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the breeds listed.  Our one-time pet fee is $250 per pet, and our pet rent is $40 per month per pet.
