|Recommended: YesModera Reserve Review — This has been a great place to live so far The staff are very kind and courteous, the amenities are excellent, and maintenance does a fantastic job responding to any issues and they really keep the place clean for residences. Excellent location within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping in Kierland. And one of the best features is the amazing events that we have on a weekly or biweekly basis. They really go all out for these events which makes it fun to look forward to, attend, and meet new people. My only complaint would be all this insurance group that takes over the common areas every day during the week. While I understand that area could be used as a work space, using that area as an office area that includes some non-residents should not be allowed

|Recommended: YesAs I toured this apartment I most definitely have to say it was maculate. The views were great the ambiance was amazing and layout of all the apartments were great. However I think the leasing agent should have been more courteous in Regards to what someone can offird and made assumptions they shouldn’t have. The feeling of whether I can afford something or not doesn’t need to be addressed or said and then to state going accoss the other location for more affordability would be better wasn’t what a customer needs to hear.

very happy with moving into The reserve and getting used to the nice amenities. Setting up a pathway for moving was super thoughtful. Very much appreciated Would have been nowhere without it.
